I was completely satisfied with all of the services provided. The receptionist vis phone was pleasant and cordial. In person as well. I will recommend Express transmission service to friends and relatives.

Excellent service and a very thorough explanation of the problem. I will be bringing my car back to Express for needed repairs. I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service, exposes interior of customers vehicle to outside element's, poor communication, Steve owner very disrespectful, never offered an apology for 3 days of wasted time for a simple transmission diagnostic. end result, return of money ($105) which will go into detailing inside of my car ( Dirt/Pollen) son would not be able to ride till this is done due to asthma and other allergies. It was a great experience, after dealing with other shops spending money and time miss diagnostics on my car, finally found experienced honest people in telling me my transmission was fine problem with my engine tune up , sure enough after one year of not what’s wrong engine issue fixed and back on the road

That’s for asking So I’ll tell you that, I felt robbed-defrauded. You never told me how much it would be until the car was done. Not even a hint. What makes me think way is because, you left steering out of alignment. Then you called me a liar, when YOU did not do a good job. Lousy service and I hope that I didn’t just pay close to o$4,000 for a bad sensor. I guess will see if you honor your 100,000 mile warranty.

What can I say.....You will get quality work and a great warranty. Steve and his crew rebuilt my transmission well. When I got it back, there was an overlooked issue. Steve said to bring it back, and they made it right! Also, it's great to get your vehicle back feeling better and NOT altered. Great work guys.. Thank you

Steve Is the person that was helping me he was very professionals very nice I did have my car for a while but it was because of the insurance But so far so good
