My sons transmission went out in his truck in the middle of the night and I called express transmission's first thing in the morning and spoke with Mike and he said I can have it towed right away to the shop and they would take care of me. They sure did in the exact time I was told and everything ☺️. Great customer service wonderful staff and reasonable prices. I was so thankful and grateful for them I definitely recommend that anyone needing any transmission service go here and ask for Mike☺️

Communication was awesome. I will say I wanted to save a little money and provide my own part. Was told they didn't have a week or two to wait for delivery. Took 25 days from that conversation before my vehicle was ready. So I probably wouldn't go there again but Mike was definitely awesome customer service any questions or concerns I had he was there to address them. I've had my car back for a week on this Friday, so far so good no complaints on the work that was performed.

I called back after the recommendation I was told to so they could do the work and no answer. I left voice messages and no return call. I heard good things about the business but I had to good somewhere else for repairs.

So they do good work in great time but very expensive.
