I have known Steve for quite some time. Its not everyday you need transmission work, but it was nice to know that Epress Transmission is still there and running strong. This is important because what good is a warranty if they go out of business 6 months later. I drove all the way from Cobb Ca to bring him my truck because everyone else was blowing smoke, " Yes even the dealer in Santa Rosa did not know what they are doing!". Steven knew what the problem was and instead of just trying to sell me a whole transmission he rebuilt the one I have for way cheaper. You have to understand most all replacement transmissions are rebuilt anyway unless you buy it straight from the manufacturer and even then they fail!!! My truck is now running good and Steve honored the original quote even though it took more work and parts!!! George Ceja

Jack from Larry's auto referred me to express transmission. They were better than great. Fast and efficient. Gave me options on what should be fixed and what they recommend to be fixed.
