Steve was upfront and honest when I had questions regarding my 1977 F350 Ranger. I’m mechanically inclined and considered working on it myself but Steve explained the pros and cons of purchasing a refurbished transmission vs having the one I had rebuilt. He reassured me that he was a man of his word and he stood behind his work. That was enough for me. He is a man of his word and my truck was done 2 days prior to the initial estimated date. The warranty I couldn’t get anywhere else and I’ll do business with he and his family again if needed. Keep in mind that you pay for what you get. I was willing to pay a little bit more for the experience and their hospitality. Thank you for the great customer service and the no bullsh*t approach. ✌🏾
