I would not trust this place. Took my van there to get estimate, and was pressured to get my transmission rebuild or pay storage fee for. They then took apart the transmission and made us paid almost 4k for it. Never again!

The individual who answered my call was notably rude from the beginning of the conversation. Instead of providing basic courtesy or assistance, their tone and behavior were dismissive and unprofessional. During the call, I was unexpectedly hung up on without any explanation or attempt to resolve the matter. This type of conduct is unacceptable for any professional environment, especially one that represents your organization. Additionally, I was taken aback by the inappropriate language and remarks made over the phone. Such behavior does not reflect the standards of professionalism that customers should expect. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed so that similar situations can be avoided in the future.
