Long story short, my truck was having difficulty finding the right gears—a lot of stop and go and the occasional mule kick had me thinking this thing is about to explode. I called Express Transmission because back in the day they helped get my father’s Mitsubishi Spyder back on the road with a new transmission that lasted well over 100,000 miles, and I’m happy I did. Trey has been super supportive and transparent throughout the entire process, helping me understand the how and the why the transmission in my truck has been on the fritz. He even invited me into the shop to speak with Wesley, the mechanic tasked to open, dismantle, and rebuild my truck’s transmission, and I feel like my truck was assigned the doctor who genuinely cares about one’s well-being versus the one who just gives you the shot, slaps a bandaid on your arm and says okay all done. I highly recommend Express Transmission for any and every vehicle with transmission issues. Express Transmissions left my rear end leaking went back three times to get it fixed and nothing was done so I took it to Auto Meister another Shop there they replace differential cover rear !…. Where the first place said they replaced all that which they didn’t bad work never will go back there again !!!!!

I bought in a car that was sold in limited quantities.. 13,000 of that model... I told them it either needs a torque converter (which i can provide) knowing parts are hard to find..or a solenoid. They told me to bring it and they will diagnose it. After the diagnosis they told me the car needs a transmission.. which was completely false and a quick money grab imo. I took it to a different shop and they fixed the same transmission (solenoid) and gave the car back in 2 weeks.

These guys could easily have taken me to the cleaners. Honda dealer said this transmission was shot. Trey did the diagnostic and discovered there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Ethical mechanics seem to be far and few between, these guys are. I trust them 100% now, and am honored to give this evaluation.

Customer Service experience is a 5 star alone. Referred by Jiffy Lube to this establishment because they can’t touch any car’s transmission over 150k. My Sienna has 180k, took it to Express Transmissions, had it serviced which I was elated about, hope it’ll last another good while. Thanks for your work gentlemen. Keep up the good work Tray.
