Had my truck in pretty quick and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Problems not related to the transmission were identified and pointed out to me for repair later to prevent damage to the new transmission. I'm happy with the work done and the service.

My sons transmission went out in his truck in the middle of the night and I called express transmission's first thing in the morning and spoke with Mike and he said I can have it towed right away to the shop and they would take care of me. They sure did in the exact time I was told and everything ☺️. Great customer service wonderful staff and reasonable prices. I was so thankful and grateful for them I definitely recommend that anyone needing any transmission service go here and ask for Mike☺️

Communication was awesome. I will say I wanted to save a little money and provide my own part. Was told they didn't have a week or two to wait for delivery. Took 25 days from that conversation before my vehicle was ready. So I probably wouldn't go there again but Mike was definitely awesome customer service any questions or concerns I had he was there to address them. I've had my car back for a week on this Friday, so far so good no complaints on the work that was performed.
