The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. The diagnostic process is intuitive. I specially liked that I was able to personally see the disassembly of my transmission.

This repair was actually for my parents. They own a 2004 Subaru Outback. They had been hearing noises from the transmission thinking that it may need to be replaced. The car has about 169,000 miles on it. Thanks to the skilled technicians at Express Transmissions as well as their 5 star quality rating, it only turned out to be a broken transmission mount. With in a couple of hours, they had it repaired. This is a very trust worthy business. If you ever suspect a potential problem with your vehicle's drive train system or even an odd noise, don't hesitate to bring it over to them for an honest opinion on the cause, which sometimes may not even have anything to do with your transmission.
