I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the level of professionalism demonstrated during a recent phone call with your office. The individual who answered my call was notably rude from the beginning of the conversation. Instead of providing basic courtesy or assistance, their tone and behavior were dismissive and unprofessional. During the call, I was unexpectedly hung up on without any explanation or attempt to resolve the matter. This type of conduct is unacceptable for any professional environment, especially one that represents your organization. Additionally, I was taken aback by the inappropriate language and remarks made over the phone. Such behavior does not reflect the standards of professionalism that customers should expect. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed so that similar situations can be avoided in the future. I value clear and respectful communication, and I hope that steps will be taken to ensure a higher level of professionalism going forward. Thank you for your attention.
