I have taken two of my vehicles to eXpress Transmissions for diagnostics and repair. Both times I was pleased with the friendly reception, estimates, service, and the quality of the work performed. I've made this station the go-to guys for my transmission service, if and when required.

Express Transmissions services did an outstanding job rebuilding transmission in my 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck. It is performing as close to new as can expected due to age of vehicle. Beside the repair job, they also noticed that the catalytic converter was defective, and advised me to get it checked. Turns out part of the converter had separated and plugged up one end. Thanks to them I got the converted replaced and the truck run like new. My regular repair shop never noticed the problem. Again, I want to say Express Transmission shop did a great job on my vehicle. Five Stars.

Customer service was okay. However they are obviously not trustworthy due to the fact they wanted to charge me $1800-2500 and 3 business days to fix a part that cost me $45 an a job that only took 2 1/2 hours to install. Guess they gotta make their money somehow.

had my dodge ram 1500 pick up truck in for a rebuild at a cost of 2725 bucks........then 40000 miles later it blew up.............took it back to them and was told that the problem had nothing to do with their craftsmanship and the problem was with faulty parts............so........they then offered to pay for the parts but I would have to pay for the labor.....the owner says the best he can do on the bill for labor is aprox. 1800 bucks..............you would think 2725 bucks spent would go farther than 40000 miles in the first place..........had I taken him up on his repair estimate I would have had 4500 bucks tied up in a rebuilt transmission..............they need to be looked at by the better business bureau or automobile repair bureau of california .................or better yet, not to be looked at by ANYBODY that needs QUALITY transmission work done...............I was ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
