Stockton Transmissions Repair

Customer service was okay. However they are obviously not trustworthy due to the fact they wanted to charge me $1800-2500 and 3 business days to fix a part that cost me $45 an a job that only took 2 1/2 hours to install. Guess they gotta make their money somehow.

had my dodge ram 1500 pick up truck in for a rebuild at a cost of 2725 bucks........then 40000 miles later it blew up.............took it back to them and was told that the problem had nothing to do with their craftsmanship and the problem was with faulty parts............so........they then offered to pay for the parts but I would have to pay for the labor.....the owner says the best he can do on the bill for labor is aprox. 1800 bucks..............you would think 2725 bucks spent would go farther than 40000 miles in the first place..........had I taken him up on his repair estimate I would have had 4500 bucks tied up in a rebuilt transmission..............they need to be looked at by the better business bureau or automobile repair bureau of california .................or better yet, not to be looked at by ANYBODY that needs QUALITY transmission work done...............I was ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

everyone was very nice didn't have a problem at all. I had to get a ride home and back to the office and that was provided too me with no problem, I will be returning. also Erica was a pleasure to take too, she was awesome!!!

The manager is awesome and super friendly. Receptionist is awesome and patient. There not like the old management. I recommend this pkace to anyone

I've dealt with so many repair shops in my life, they are too numerous to count. I've been scammed shammed and bamboozeled by the best as well as treated fairly and professionally, but the top notch professionals at Express Transmission are by far the most comprehensive, well trained professionals in the automotive business. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Their absolute promptness and expedience in repairing my wife's auto was nothing short of miraculous. I felt as though I was a family member. Wife's car performs better than when it was new. Simply masters in the industry and their receptionists are gorgeous. Thank you all from me and my wife.

Shout out to Express Transmission!!! My '05 Titans tranny went out and I had only one mechanic I trust. He pointed me to the folks at ET and they were very helpful and prompt with any questions or concerns I had. HI-5 to Erica. Truck was up and running and in order in no time. When picking up my truck I met Steve, who offered my wife and I Box Tickets to our local Stockton Ports Baseball Team. Which is AWESOME!!! Being a fan and all. Big THUMBS UP to Steve. I would recommend anyone who wants the job done right once, to EXPRESS TRANSMISSION. I'm bringing my '72 C10 in as well for that Rockland. Thanks E.T.
